Who I am ?
Yadullah Mousawi is an Afghan yoga teacher, who has just arrived in Paris after a long crossing. On paper, he is an asylum seeker. In life, he is a director, a wrestler... He has never let his status prevent him from learning and following his dreams. It was on the island of Lesbos in Greece that he discovered yoga and became a certified teacher. "To me, yoga is a space of equality where we don't care about your face, your color or your gender... What matters in yoga is what is inside you and what you share with others, your energy during practice. It's one of the best ways I've found to connect people."

I found to connect people, equally. No matter the faces, colors, genders, backgrounds, nationalities… What matters in yoga is the inner and energy that you share during the practice
